Counselling Services in Dorset

one to one counselling services in Dorset - A person wearing a denim jacket sitting with hands clasped together in a circle in front of them, engaged in conversation with another person.

One-to-one counselling offers a private, peaceful space away from the busyness of everyday life, where you can pause and focus on yourself. I work with adults aged 18 and over, supporting you as you explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences.

Some seek counselling during times of crisis or transition; others come to understand deeper patterns or simply to make sense of life’s changes. However you arrive, you’ll be met with respect and an authentic commitment to helping you find clarity, strength and a way through.

Couples counselling supports partners navigating communication difficulties, recurring conflict, feeling disconnected, or adjusting to changes in the relationship.

You and your partner can attend sessions together either in person or online, whatever works best for your lives right now. My aim is to provide a supportive environment where you both feel heard, understood, and able to work towards positive change in your relationship.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes and can be on a short‑term or longer‑term basis, depending on what you need. Couples sessions are 60 minutes.
