Online Counselling for Adults
Warm, calm and reassuring counselling for adults aged 18+, offered online through Zoom. Meeting online can give you a flexible, comfortable way to access support, especially if travelling isn’t possible or if you prefer talking from the privacy of your own home.
Online sessions offer a confidential, steady space where you can explore whatever feels important, without pressure or judgement. You simply join from a quiet place that feels right for you, and we begin at your pace.
Sessions last 50 minutes, and we shape the focus together. Whether you’re coming for a short period or exploring something deeper over time, you’ll be met with warmth, steadiness and genuine care.
A Safe and Supportive Online Space
Online counselling takes place via Zoom, a secure and easy‑to‑use platform. You can join from anywhere as long as you have a private space where you feel comfortable talking.
I work in a person‑centred, integrative way, drawing on different therapeutic approaches to tailor our work to your needs. You’re welcome to bring whatever feels important, there is no right or wrong place to begin.
If online counselling doesn’t feel right for you, you can also work with me in person in Wimborne or by telephone. Each format offers the same supportive, relational approach just in a different way.

Our First Meeting
Our first meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what’s brought you to counselling and what you’d like to explore. It’s also an opportunity to see if working together feels like the right fit for you.
There’s no pressure just a safe, supportive space to begin your journey at your own pace.
Moving Forward Together
As we continue working together, we’ll build a deeper therapeutic relationship based on trust, honesty, and understanding.
Ongoing sessions provide the space to explore your thoughts and feelings more fully, helping you gain insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
